Green chilies
(crushed)

Ginger
(crushed)

(or to taste)

Ground black pepper

Ground coriander/cumin mix
1 tsp
Dry limdi
(crushed)
¼ tsp
Garam masala
¼ tsp
Chaat masala
¼ tsp
Chili powder or to taste
½ tsp
Baking soda
Water
(as needed)
Sesame seeds
(as needed)
Oil
(for cooking)
Instructions

Combine flour, semolina, yogurt, and enough water to make a thick pourable batter.

Cover and set aside for15 minutes.

Add the remaining ingredients in the batter and mix.

Heat a frypan on low heat, lightly grease with oil.

Sprinkle some sesame seeds and pour about half a cup of batter, spread like a pancake.

Cover and cook for a couple of minutes and flip to brown the other side.

Remove from heat.

Repeat with the remaining batter.
