Ingredients
  • 1 cup Corn kernels (boiled)
  • ¼ cup Onion (finely chopped)
  • ¼ cup Green coriander (finely chopped)
  • ½ tsp Green chilies (crushed to taste)
  • ½ tsp Ginger (crushed)
  • ½ tsp Salt (or to taste)
  • ½ tsp Sugar
  • ¼ tsp Garam masala
  • 2 tbsps Cheese (grated)
Instructions
  1. Mix together the corn and the remaining ingredients.
  2. Divide into ten equal balls.
Dough
Ingredients
  • 1½ cup Mashed potatoes (3 medium potatoes)
  • ¼ cup Gram flour
  • 1 Slice bread (ground)
  • ½ tsp Salt
  • Oil (for frying)
Instructions
  1. Combine the dough ingredients and knead to form a dough.
  2. Divide into twenty equal parts.
  3. Take one part of dough and flatten by hand, into a 2 inch round circle (puri).
  4. Make a second puri.
  5. Place one filling ball in the center of the puri and cover with the second puri.
  6. Press edges to seal.
  7. Repeat with the remainder.
  8. Heat the oil on medium-high heat and deep-fry the patties until golden.
  9. Remove and drain on a paper towel.
