Corn Cutlets

Ingredients
- 2 cups Canned corn kernels (or fresh, boiled)
- ½ cup Mashed potato (1 medium potato )
- ¼ cup Breadcrumbs
- 1 tbsp Green coriander (finely chopped)
- 1 Green chili (finely chopped or to taste)
- 1 tsp Ginger (crushed)
- ¼ tsp Salt (or to taste)
- 1 tsp Cumin seeds
- ¼ tsp Asafoetida (hing)
- Oil (for frying)
Instructions
- Coarsely crush corn in the food processor.
- Empty into a dish, add the remaining ingredients and mix.
- Divide mixture into ten equal parts and make rectangular ¼ inch thick patties.
- Shallow fry on medium-high heat until golden brown on both sides.
- Remove and drain on a paper towel.
