Ingredients
  • 2 cups Canned corn kernels (or fresh, boiled)
  • ½ cup Mashed potato (1 medium potato )
  • ¼ cup Breadcrumbs
  • 1 tbsp Green coriander (finely chopped)
  • 1 Green chili (finely chopped or to taste)
  • 1 tsp Ginger (crushed)
  • ¼ tsp Salt (or to taste)
  • 1 tsp Cumin seeds
  • ¼ tsp Asafoetida (hing)
  • Oil (for frying)
Instructions
  1. Coarsely crush corn in the food processor.
  2. Empty into a dish, add the remaining ingredients and mix.
  3. Divide mixture into ten equal parts and make rectangular ¼ inch thick patties.
  4. Shallow fry on medium-high heat until golden brown on both sides.
  5. Remove and drain on a paper towel.
