Masala Chai

Ingredients
- ¾ cup Water
- ½ cup Milk
- 1 tsp Black tea (or to taste)
- 2 tsps Sugar (or to taste)
- 1 tsp Grated ginger
- ¼ tsp Tea masala
- Lemongrass cuttings or Mint leaves (few)
Instructions
- Pour water in a saucepan, add tea, sugar, ginger and lemongrass or mint and boil until reduced to almost half cup.
- Add milk and tea masala, bring to a boil then simmer for a couple of minutes.
- Strain into a tea cup.
