Ingredients
  • ¾ cup Water
  • ½ cup Milk
  • 1 tsp Black tea (or to taste)
  • 2 tsps Sugar (or to taste)
  • 1 tsp Grated ginger
  • ¼ tsp Tea masala
  • Lemongrass cuttings or Mint leaves (few)
Instructions
  1. Pour water in a saucepan, add tea, sugar, ginger and lemongrass or mint and boil until reduced to almost half cup.
  2. Add milk and tea masala, bring to a boil then simmer for a couple of minutes.
  3. Strain into a tea cup.
