Ingredients
  • 1 cup Cashews (or roasted peanuts)
  • 1 tbsp Oil
  • ½ tsp Salt (or to taste)
  • ⅛ tsp Red chili powder (or to taste)
  • ¼ tsp Amchur powder
  • ⅛ tsp Ground black pepper
Instructions
  1. Heat oil in a frypan on medium heat.
  2. Sauté cashews or peanuts until they turn golden, about 5 minutes.
  3. Remove from heat and combine with remaining ingredients.
  4. Toss to coat evenly.
