Masala Papad

Ingredients
- 3 Fried papad
- ¼ tsp Salt (or to taste)
- ½ tsp Chaat masala
- ¼ tsp Red chili powder (or to taste)
- ¼ tsp Amchur powder
- ½ tsp Ground cumin

- Mix spices in a bowl.
Ingredients
- 2 tbsps Green coriander (finely chopped)
- ¼ cup Onion (finely chopped)
- ¼ cup Tomatoes (finely chopped)
- Spicy sev (recipe under "Dry Nasta")
Instructions
- Combine coriander, onions and tomatoes. Sprinkle some mixed spices on each papad then spread the onion mixture on top.
- Drizzle lemon juice and sprinkle some sev.
- Serve immediately as papad will soften fast with wet ingredients on top.
- You can also break the papad in a serving bowl into bite-size pieces.
- Combine with all the ingredients and serve immediately.
