Marinade
Ingredients
  • ¼ cup Plain yogurt
  • 1 tbsp Garlic (paste)
  • 1 tbsp Ginger (paste)
  • 1½ tsp Ground coriander/cumin mix
  • 1 tsp Garam masala
  • 1 tbsp Paprika
  • ½ tsp Turmeric
  • 2 tsps Lemon juice
  • ½ tsp Ground black pepper
  • ¾ tsp Salt (or to taste)
  • 1 tbsp Oil

  1. Mix together the marinade ingredients.
Ingredients
  • 1 Medium onion (cut into 1 inch cubes, separate layers)
  • Mixed colored peppers (cut into 1 inch cubes)
  • ½ lb Paneer (cut into 1 inch cubes)
  • Skewers
Instructions
  1. Add paneer and vegetables and marinate in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
  2. Preheat oven 450°F
  3. Place paneer and vegetables alternately on the skewers and bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes, turning halfway through. Or cook on a barbecue grill.
