Ingredients
  • Orange sweet potatoes
  • Potatoes
  • Purple potatoes
  • Beetroot
  • Salt
  • Oil for frying
Instructions
  1. Peel and wash vegetables.
  2. Using a potato peeler, thinly slice vegetables.
  3. Rinse and pat dry.
  4. Deep-fry in hot oil until crisp.
  5. Remove and drain on a paper towel.
  6. Sprinkle salt and toss gently.
