Ingredients
- Orange sweet potatoes
- Potatoes
- Purple potatoes
- Beetroot
- Salt
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- Peel and wash vegetables.
- Using a potato peeler, thinly slice vegetables.
- Rinse and pat dry.
- Deep-fry in hot oil until crisp.
- Remove and drain on a paper towel.
- Sprinkle salt and toss gently.
