Sweet Lassi

Ingredients
- 2 cups Plain yogurt
- ½ cup Water
- 3 tbsps Sugar (or to taste)
- ¼ tsp Cardamom powder (optional)
- 2 tbsps Milk (optional)
- Almonds or pistachios (chopped for garnish)
- Saffron strands (for garnish)
Instructions
- Blend ingredients together until smooth and frothy.
- Garnish and serve chilled with ice.
- Note: fruit can also be blended for fruity lassi i.e. mango, strawberry, papaya. Canned mango pulp can also be used.
- Adjust the yogurt, water and sugar content to preference.
