Ingredients
  • 2 cups Plain yogurt
  • ½ cup Water
  • 3 tbsps Sugar (or to taste)
  • ¼ tsp Cardamom powder (optional)
  • 2 tbsps Milk (optional)
  • Almonds or pistachios (chopped for garnish)
  • Saffron strands (for garnish)
Instructions
  1. Blend ingredients together until smooth and frothy.
  2. Garnish and serve chilled with ice.
  3. Note: fruit can also be blended for fruity lassi i.e. mango, strawberry, papaya. Canned mango pulp can also be used.
  4. Adjust the yogurt, water and sugar content to preference.
