Corn Pakora
Ingredients
- 1 cup Corn kernels (15 oz. can) (crushed)
- ½ cup Thick pauva
- 1 cup Gram flour
- ⅓ cup Onion (finely chopped)
- ¼ cup Plain yogurt
- 2 tbsps Green coriander (finely chopped)
- 2 tsps Green chillies (chopped to taste)
- 1½ tsp Ginger (crushed)
- 1 tsp Salt (or to taste)
- 1 tbsp Oil
- Oil (for frying)
Instructions
- Wash and soak the pauva in cold water for half an hour.
- Drain and mix with the remaining ingredients to make a thick paste.
- Heat oil on medium heat.
- Drop tablespoonfuls of the paste in hot oil and deep-fry until puffed and golden brown.
- Remove and drain on a paper towel.
