Ingredients
  • 1 cup Corn kernels (15 oz. can) (crushed)
  • ½ cup Thick pauva
  • 1 cup Gram flour
  • ⅓ cup Onion (finely chopped)
  • ¼ cup Plain yogurt
  • 2 tbsps Green coriander (finely chopped)
  • 2 tsps Green chillies (chopped to taste)
  • 1½ tsp Ginger (crushed)
  • 1 tsp Salt (or to taste)
  • 1 tbsp Oil
  • Oil (for frying)
Instructions
  1. Wash and soak the pauva in cold water for half an hour.
  2. Drain and mix with the remaining ingredients to make a thick paste.
  3. Heat oil on medium heat.
  4. Drop tablespoonfuls of the paste in hot oil and deep-fry until puffed and golden brown.
  5. Remove and drain on a paper towel.
