Corn Methi Patties

Ingredients
- 1 cup Corn (boiled/crushed)
- 1 cup Mashed potato (2 medium potatoes)
- 2 tbsps Fenugreek leaves (finely chopped)
- ¼ cup Rice flour
- 2 tbsps Cornstarch
- 2 tbsps Green coriander (finely chopped)
- ½ tsp Ginger (crushed)
- ½ tsp Cumin (ground)
- ¾ Salt (or to taste)
- ½ tsp Garlic (crushed)
- 1 tsp Red chili powder (or to taste)
- Oil (for frying)
Instructions
- Mix all the ingredients well and make 10 equal patties about ¼ inch thick.
- Shallow fry in little oil on medium heat.
