Macaroni Pakora
Ingredients
- 1 cup Macaroni (boiled)
- ½ cup Gram flour
- ⅓ cup Red onion (finely chopped)
- 2 Green chilies (finely chopped to taste)
- ¾ tsp Salt (or to taste)
- 1 tsp Ground coriander/cumin mix
- ¼ tsp Turmeric
- Oil (for frying)
Instructions
- Mix all the ingredients together, use very little water to help bind.
- Heat oil on medium heat.
- Drop tablespoonfuls of the mixture in heated oil.
- Deep-fry until golden.
- Remove and drain on a paper towel.
