Corn Kebabs

Ingredients
- 2 Ears of fresh corn (grated)
- 2 cups Mashed potatoes (4 medium potatoes )
- ¼ cup Red onion (finely chopped)
- 4 slices Bread (crumbled (2 C))
- 6 tbsps Cornstarch
- ¼ cup Green coriander (finely chopped)
- 1 tbsp Fresh mint (chopped or 1 tsp dried )
- ½ tsp Salt (or to taste)
- ½ tsp Green chillies (crushed)
- ½ tsp Garlic (crushed)
- ½ tsp Garam masala
- ½ tsp Red chili powder (or to taste)
- ½ tsp Ground black pepper
- 1 tbsp Melted butter
- 2 tsps Lemon juice
- Oil (for frying)
Instructions
- Mix all the ingredients together and divide into 8 equal sizes balls.
- Shape each into a 3 inch long cylinders.
- Heat oil on medium heat and deep-fry kebabs until golden brown.
- Remove and drain on a paper towel.
- Variation: Put kebabs on skewers and bake in a 375°F heated oven until browned on all sides.
