Ingredients
  • 2 Ears of fresh corn (grated)
  • 2 cups Mashed potatoes (4 medium potatoes )
  • ¼ cup Red onion (finely chopped)
  • 4 slices Bread (crumbled (2 C))
  • 6 tbsps Cornstarch
  • ¼ cup Green coriander (finely chopped)
  • 1 tbsp Fresh mint (chopped or 1 tsp dried )
  • ½ tsp Salt (or to taste)
  • ½ tsp Green chillies (crushed)
  • ½ tsp Garlic (crushed)
  • ½ tsp Garam masala
  • ½ tsp Red chili powder (or to taste)
  • ½ tsp Ground black pepper
  • 1 tbsp Melted butter
  • 2 tsps Lemon juice
  • Oil (for frying)
Instructions
  1. Mix all the ingredients together and divide into 8 equal sizes balls.
  2. Shape each into a 3 inch long cylinders.
  3. Heat oil on medium heat and deep-fry kebabs until golden brown.
  4. Remove and drain on a paper towel.
  5. Variation: Put kebabs on skewers and bake in a 375°F heated oven until browned on all sides.
