Ingredients
  • 1 cup Cooked rice
  • ¼ cup Semolina
  • 3 tbsps Plain yogurt
  • 2 tbsps Onion (finely chopped)
  • 1 tbsp Carrot (finely chopped)
  • 1 tbsp Green bell pepper (finely chopped)
  • 1 tbsp Yellow pepper (finely chopped)
  • 1 tbsp Green beans (finely chopped)
  • 1 tbsp Green coriander (finely chopped)
  • ½ tsp Green chilies (crushed, to taste)
  • 1 tsp Fennel seeds
  • ½ tsp Turmeric
  • 1 tsp Red chili flakes
  • ½ tsp Salt (or to taste)
  • Oil (for frying)
Instructions
  1. Mix all the ingredients well and let rest for 15 minutes.
  2. Heat oil on medium heat.
  3. Make small oval or round balls from the mixture.
  4. Deep-fry to golden brown.
  5. Remove and drain on a paper towel.
