Rice Semolina Pakora
Ingredients
- 1 cup Cooked rice
- ¼ cup Semolina
- 3 tbsps Plain yogurt
- 2 tbsps Onion (finely chopped)
- 1 tbsp Carrot (finely chopped)
- 1 tbsp Green bell pepper (finely chopped)
- 1 tbsp Yellow pepper (finely chopped)
- 1 tbsp Green beans (finely chopped)
- 1 tbsp Green coriander (finely chopped)
- ½ tsp Green chilies (crushed, to taste)
- 1 tsp Fennel seeds
- ½ tsp Turmeric
- 1 tsp Red chili flakes
- ½ tsp Salt (or to taste)
- Oil (for frying)
Instructions
- Mix all the ingredients well and let rest for 15 minutes.
- Heat oil on medium heat.
- Make small oval or round balls from the mixture.
- Deep-fry to golden brown.
- Remove and drain on a paper towel.
