Methi Mamra Patties

Ingredients
- 1 cup Mamra (soak for 10 minutes)
- 2 tbsps Green methi (finely chopped)
- 3 tbsps Green coriander (finely chopped)
- 2 tbsps Onions (finely chopped)
- 2 Green chilies (finely chopped to taste)
- 1 tsp Garlic (crushed)
- ¾ tsp Salt (or to taste )
- 2 tsps Sugar
- 1 tsp Coriander/cumin mix (ground)
- ⅛ tsp Turmeric
- 2 tbsps Sesame seeds
- 1 tsp Lemon juice
- ½ cup Gram flour
- Oil (for frying)
Instructions
- Drain and squeeze mamra.
- Mix all the ingredients well, add 2 tbsp of water or as needed to make a soft dough.
- Grease hands and make 2 inch patties, about ⅛ inch thick.
- Deep-fry on medium-high heat.
- Remove and drain on a paper towel.
