Ingredients
  • 1 cup Mamra (soak for 10 minutes)
  • 2 tbsps Green methi (finely chopped)
  • 3 tbsps Green coriander (finely chopped)
  • 2 tbsps Onions (finely chopped)
  • 2 Green chilies (finely chopped to taste)
  • 1 tsp Garlic (crushed)
  • ¾ tsp Salt (or to taste )
  • 2 tsps Sugar
  • 1 tsp Coriander/cumin mix (ground)
  • ⅛ tsp Turmeric
  • 2 tbsps Sesame seeds
  • 1 tsp Lemon juice
  • ½ cup Gram flour
  • Oil (for frying)
Instructions
  1. Drain and squeeze mamra.
  2. Mix all the ingredients well, add 2 tbsp of water or as needed to make a soft dough.
  3. Grease hands and make 2 inch patties, about ⅛ inch thick.
  4. Deep-fry on medium-high heat.
  5. Remove and drain on a paper towel.
