Rice Muthiya

Ingredients
- 2 cups Cooked rice
- ½ cup Onions (finely chopped)
- ¼ cup Plain yogurt
- 2 tbsps Green coriander (finely chopped)
- 1 Green chili (finely chopped to taste)
- ½ tsp Garlic (crushed)
- ½ tsp Salt (or to taste)
- 1 tsp Red chili powder (or to taste)
- ½ tsp Turmeric
- 8 Curry leaves (finely chopped)
- Oil (for frying)
Instructions
- Combine all the ingredients, divide into 25 oval shapes.
- Heat oil on medium high and deep-fry the muthiyas until golden.
- Remove and drain on a paper towel.
