Vegetable Pancakes

Ingredients
- ½ cup Wheat flour
- ½ cup Semolina
- ½ cup Plain yogurt
- ¾ cup Raw potatoes (peeled and grated)
- ½ cup Carrots (grated)
- ¼ cup Green bell pepper (finely chopped)
- ¼ cup Onion (finely chopped)
- ¼ cup Tomatoes (finely chopped)
- 1 tsp Green chilies (crushed)
- ½ tsp Ginger (crushed)
- ¾ tsp Salt (or to taste)
- ¼ tsp Ground black pepper
- 1 tsp Ground coriander/cumin mix
- 1 tsp Dry limdi (crushed)
- ¼ tsp Garam masala
- ¼ tsp Chaat masala
- ¼ tsp Chili powder or to taste
- ½ tsp Baking soda
- Water (as needed)
- Sesame seeds (as needed)
- Oil (for cooking)
Instructions
- Combine flour, semolina, yogurt, and enough water to make a thick pourable batter.
- Cover and set aside for15 minutes.
- Add the remaining ingredients in the batter and mix.
- Heat a frypan on low heat, lightly grease with oil.
- Sprinkle some sesame seeds and pour about half a cup of batter, spread like a pancake.
- Cover and cook for a couple of minutes and flip to brown the other side.
- Remove from heat.
- Repeat with the remaining batter.
