Khato Lot

Ingredients
- ¼ cup Rice flour
- 1 tbsp Fine cornmeal
- 1 tbsp Jowar flour
- 6 tbsps Plain yogurt
- 1½ cup Water
- 2 tbsps Onion paste
- 1 tsp Salt (or to taste)
- ½ tsp Sugar
- ⅛ tsp Turmeric
- ¾ tsp Cumin seeds
- 1 tsp Green chilies (crushed to taste)
- ½ tsp Garlic (crushed)
- 1 clove Garlic (thinly sliced)
- 2 tbsps Oil
Instructions
- In a deep microwave safe dish, combine yogurt and water, whisk until smooth.
- Add the flours and whisk to a lump free liquid.
- Cover and microwave on high for 15 minutes, stirring twice in between.
- Should look glossy on top when cooked.
- Alternatively, you can cook on the stove, stirring continuously until done.
- Note : finely chopped onions also can be added.
