Ingredients
  • 2 cups Cooked rice
  • ½ cup Onions (finely chopped)
  • ¼ cup Plain yogurt
  • 2 tbsps Green coriander (finely chopped)
  • 1 Green chili (finely chopped to taste)
  • ½ tsp Garlic (crushed)
  • ½ tsp Salt (or to taste)
  • 1 tsp Red chili powder (or to taste)
  • ½ tsp Turmeric
  • 8 Curry leaves (finely chopped)
  • Oil (for frying)
Instructions
  1. Combine all the ingredients, divide into 25 oval shapes.
  2. Heat oil on medium high and deep-fry the muthiyas until golden.
  3. Remove and drain on a paper towel.
