Tea Masala
Ingredients
- 500 g White pepper (whole)
- 50 g Cinnamon
- 250 g Black pepper (whole)
- 125 g Ganthoda
- 150 g Sunth (dry ginger)
- 50 g Cloves
- 50 g Javantri (mace)
- 50 g Elchi (cardamom)
- 3 Nutmegs (whole)
Instructions
- Dry all ingredients in the sun and grind to a powder.
