Ingredients
  • 200 g Black pepper (whole)
  • 200 g Cinnamon
  • 200 g Badia (star anise)
  • 200 g Khus-khus (poppy seeds)
  • 200 g Elcho (black cardamom)
  • 200 g Shah jeera (caraway)
  • 200 g White pepper (whole)
  • 200 g Cloves
  • 200 g Coriander (whole)
  • 100 g Cardamom seeds
  • 100 g Sunth (dry ginger)
  • 100 g Fennel seeds
  • 100 g Bay leaves
  • 50 g Javantri (mace)
  • 50 g Dagad phool (black stone flower)
  • 50 g Nag kesar
  • 50 g Cumin seeds
  • 6 whole Nutmegs (broken into pieces)
Instructions
  1. Thoroughly dry all ingredients in the sun or dry roast in a pan.
  2. Cool and grind to a powder.
  3. Store for later use.
