Ingredients
  • 500 g White pepper (whole)
  • 50 g Cinnamon
  • 250 g Black pepper (whole)
  • 125 g Ganthoda
  • 150 g Sunth (dry ginger)
  • 50 g Cloves
  • 50 g Javantri (mace)
  • 50 g Elchi (cardamom)
  • 3 Nutmegs (whole)
Instructions
  1. Dry all ingredients in the sun and grind to a powder.
