Ingredients
  • 1 cup Macaroni (boiled)
  • ½ cup Gram flour
  • ⅓ cup Red onion (finely chopped)
  • 2 Green chilies (finely chopped to taste)
  • ¾ tsp Salt (or to taste)
  • 1 tsp Ground coriander/cumin mix
  • ¼ tsp Turmeric
  • Oil (for frying)
Instructions
  1. Mix all the ingredients together, use very little water to help bind.
  2. Heat oil on medium heat.
  3. Drop tablespoonfuls of the mixture in heated oil.
  4. Deep-fry until golden.
  5. Remove and drain on a paper towel.
