Ingredients
  • 1 cup Corn (boiled/crushed)
  • 1 cup Mashed potato (2 medium potatoes)
  • 2 tbsps Fenugreek leaves (finely chopped)
  • ¼ cup Rice flour
  • 2 tbsps Cornstarch
  • 2 tbsps Green coriander (finely chopped)
  • ½ tsp Ginger (crushed)
  • ½ tsp Ground cumin
  • ¾ Salt (or to taste)
  • ½ tsp Garlic (crushed)
  • 1 tsp Red chili powder (or to taste)
  • Oil (for frying)
Instructions
  1. Mix all the ingredients well and make 10 equal patties about ¼ inch thick.
  2. Shallow fry in little oil on medium heat.
