Ingredients
2 cups
Rice flour
¼ cup
Besan
¼ cup
Urad flour
5 Tbsps
Melted butter
1 Tbsp
Plain yogurt
1 tsp
Green chilies
(crushed - or to taste)
½ tsp
White chili powder
1¼ tsp
Salt
(or to taste)
¼ tsp
Asafoetida
(hing)
¾ tsp
Ajmo
1 tsp
Sugar
½ tsp
Turmeric
1 tsp
Sesame seeds
Oil
(for frying)
Instructions

Combine all ingredients and mix well.

Using warm water, make a soft dough.

Fill dough in the greased sev sancha machine (use star part) and close the lid.

On a table cloth, make 3 inch chakris by moving the machine in a circular motion.

Heat oil on medium.

Lift each chakri with a flat spatula and slide into oil.

Fry a few chakris at a time to golden color.

Drain on a paper towel and store in an airtight container.
