Ingredients
  • 2 Green bell peppers (washed and cut into chunks)
  • 1 medium Potato (peeled, washed and cut into chunks)
  • ¾ tsp Salt (or to taste)
  • 1½ tsp Ground coriander/cumin mix
  • 2 tsps Ground raw peanuts
  • ¾ tsp Green chilies (crushed, to taste)
  • ½ tsp Ginger (crushed)
  • ½ tsp Garlic (crushed)
  • ½ tsp Sugar
Instructions
  1. Heat oil in a frying pan on medium high, add mustard seeds.
  2. When crackled add turmeric and hing.
  3. Reduce heat to low and add the vegetables, stir and add spices, mix.
  4. Cook covered, stirring occasionally until soft and cooked.

  • ⅛ tsp Asafoetida (hing)
