Yogurt Chutney
Ingredients
- ½ cup Plain yogurt
- 1 tbsp Daliya (roasted split chickpeas)
- 2 tbsps Spicy sev
- ½ cup Grenn coriander (chopped)
- 2 Green chilies (or to taste)
- ½ tsp Garlic (crushed)
- ¼ tsp Salt (or to taste)
- ½ tsp Ground cumin
Instructions
- In a blender add all the chutney ingredients and blend to a smooth consistency,
- Empty into a bowl.

- 1 tbsp Oil
- 1 Dry red chili
- 1 tsp Mustard seeds
- ⅛ tsp Asafoetida (hing)
- 5 Curry leaves

- Do the tempering and pour over the chutney and mix.
