Ingredients
  • 2 cups Ground mustard seeds (course)
  • ½ cup Ground fenugreek sedds (course)
  • ¾ cup Salt (course)
  • 2 cups Mustard oil
  • 2 cups Chili powder (course)
  • 2 tbsps Asafoetida (hing)
  • 2 tbsps Turmeric
Instructions
  1. Heat oil in a saucepan till it reaches to a smoking point. Remove from heat and let cool.
  2. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and pour cooled oil in it.
  3. Mix thoroughly and store in an airtight container.
