Athana Masala
Ingredients
- 2 cups Ground mustard seeds (course)
- ½ cup Ground fenugreek sedds (course)
- ¾ cup Salt (course)
- 2 cups Mustard oil
- 2 cups Chili powder (course)
- 2 tbsps Asafoetida (hing)
- 2 tbsps Turmeric
Instructions
- Heat oil in a saucepan till it reaches to a smoking point. Remove from heat and let cool.
- Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and pour cooled oil in it.
- Mix thoroughly and store in an airtight container.
