Chhino
Ingredients
- 5 Totapuri mangoes (raw)
- Powdered sugar
- Athana masala
Instructions
- Peel and grate mangoes. Squeeze between hands to extract as much juice as possible.
- Spread on a tray and dry in the sun for one hour. Bring indoors, let rest for half a day.
- Sprinkle powdered sugar then athana masala as needed and mix well.
- Store. No oil required.
