Ingredients
  • 5 Totapuri mangoes (raw)
  • Powdered sugar
  • Athana masala
Instructions
  1. Peel and grate mangoes. Squeeze between hands to extract as much juice as possible.
  2. Spread on a tray and dry in the sun for one hour. Bring indoors, let rest for half a day.
  3. Sprinkle powdered sugar then athana masala as needed and mix well.
  4. Store. No oil required.
