Stuffed Raw Green Chilies
Ingredients
- 8 oz Green chilies
- 1 tbsp Mustard powder (or split mustard)
- ½ tsp Asafoetida (hing)
- ½ tsp Turmeric
- 1 tsp Ground coriander/cumin mix
- ¾ tsp Salt
- ¾ tsp Sugar
- 1 tbsp Oil
- 1 tbsp Lemon juice
Instructions
- Wash green chilies and slit lengthwise, keep stem.
- Besides lemon juice, combine all the spices with oil and fill in the chilies.
- Place them in a container, sprinkle any leftover mixture on top.
- Drizzle lemon juice, cover and refrigerate.
