Ingredients
  • 8 oz Green chilies
  • 1 tbsp Mustard powder (or split mustard)
  • ½ tsp Asafoetida (hing)
  • ½ tsp Turmeric
  • 1 tsp Ground coriander/cumin mix
  • ¾ tsp Salt
  • ¾ tsp Sugar
  • 1 tbsp Oil
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice
Instructions
  1. Wash green chilies and slit lengthwise, keep stem.
  2. Besides lemon juice, combine all the spices with oil and fill in the chilies.
  3. Place them in a container, sprinkle any leftover mixture on top.
  4. Drizzle lemon juice, cover and refrigerate.
