Pickled Amba Aradh
Ingredients
- Lemon juice
- Water
- Salt
- Amba aradh
- Fresh turmeric
- Green chilies (sliced lengthwise - optional)
Instructions
- Make brine with 1 part lemon juice, 2 parts water and salt to taste.
- Peel and thinly slice lengthwise the amba aradh and fresh turmeric.
- Add to the brine along with green chilies
- Store in a glass jar in the refrigerator.
