Ingredients
  • Lemon juice
  • Water
  • Salt
  • Amba aradh
  • Fresh turmeric
  • Green chilies (sliced lengthwise - optional)
Instructions
  1. Make brine with 1 part lemon juice, 2 parts water and salt to taste.
  2. Peel and thinly slice lengthwise the amba aradh and fresh turmeric.
  3. Add to the brine along with green chilies
  4. Store in a glass jar in the refrigerator.
