Dry Garlic Chutney
Ingredients
- ¼ cup Garlic (chopped)
- ¼ cup Dried coconut (grated)
- 2 tsps Sesame seeds
- ¼ tsp Salt (or to taste)
- ½ tsp Red chili powder (or to taste)
- 2 tsps Oil
Instructions
- Heat oil in a frying pan on medium heat.
- Sauté garlic. As the color begins to change, empty into a dish to cool.
- Add coconut and sesame seeds to the same pan and roast for 30 seconds.
- Remove from heat and cool.
- Add everything to a blender, including the salt and chili powder. Blend until it becomes a fine grain.
