Ingredients
  • ¼ cup Garlic (chopped)
  • ¼ cup Dried coconut (grated)
  • 2 tsps Sesame seeds
  • ¼ tsp Salt (or to taste)
  • ½ tsp Red chili powder (or to taste)
  • 2 tsps Oil
Instructions
  1. Heat oil in a frying pan on medium heat.
  2. Sauté garlic. As the color begins to change, empty into a dish to cool.
  3. Add coconut and sesame seeds to the same pan and roast for 30 seconds.
  4. Remove from heat and cool.
  5. Add everything to a blender, including the salt and chili powder. Blend until it becomes a fine grain.
