Chhundo
Ingredients
- 1 Raw mango or sour apple (chopped)
- 1 tbsp Onion (crushed)
- 1 Garlic clove
- ½ tsp Cumin seeds
- ¼ tsp Salt (or to taste)
- ⅛ tsp Ground cumin
- 1 tsp Sugar
- ½ tsp Chilies (Crushed - to taste)
Instructions
- Grind all the ingredients in a food processor to make a coarse chhundo.
