Ingredients
  • 1 cup Cumumber (grated)
  • 1 cup Plain yogurt
  • ¼ tsp Salt (or to taste)
  • ¼ tsp Ground cumin
  • ¼ tsp Garlic (crushed)
  • ⅛ tsp Mustard powder (optional)
  • ¼ tsp Green chilies (crushed - to taste)
Instructions
  1. Squeeze cucumber, between your hands, to remove excess liquid.
  2. Mix all the ingredients with the cucumber and refrigerate.
  1. Replace cucumber with chopped onion, grated radish, bundi, pomegranate seeds, or grated carrots.
