Raita
Ingredients
- 1 cup Cumumber (grated)
- 1 cup Plain yogurt
- ¼ tsp Salt (or to taste)
- ¼ tsp Ground cumin
- ¼ tsp Garlic (crushed)
- ⅛ tsp Mustard powder (optional)
- ¼ tsp Green chilies (crushed - to taste)
Instructions
- Squeeze cucumber, between your hands, to remove excess liquid.
- Mix all the ingredients with the cucumber and refrigerate.
- Replace cucumber with chopped onion, grated radish, bundi, pomegranate seeds, or grated carrots.
