Ingredients

Sweetened condensed milk
1 cup
Evaporated milk
1 cup
Heavy whipping cream
¼ cup
Unsalted pistachios
(coarse ground)
¼ tsp
Ground cardamom
Rose syrup
(to taste, optional)

Mix ingredients and freeze for at least 6 hours in round popsicle molds.
