Ingredients
2 Tbsps
Sesame seeds
(skinless)
2 Tbsps
Water
½ cup
Sugar
2 Tbsps
Milk
2 cups
All purpose flour
4 Tbsps
Melted ghee
Oil
(for frying)
Instructions

Soak sesame seeds in water for 20 minutes.

Mix sugar and milk, in a bowl, let dissolve.

Mix ghee in flour, it should feel crumbly in texture.

Combine sugar milk with the soaked sesame seeds, including the water, stir.

Use this mixture to bind the flour into a semi-hard dough.

Cover the dough with a damp cloth and set aside for half an hour.

Divide the dough into 1 inch balls, roll paper thin to about 4 inch circles.

Roll them all, spread on a cotton sheet and let dry for 10 minutes.

They will shrink slightly.

Deep-fry on low heat until crisp and the color begins to change.

Remove immediately and drain on a paper towel.
