Ingredients
  • 2 medium Potatoes (boiled)
  • ½ cup Onion (finely chopped)
  • 2 tbsps Green coriander (finely chopped)
  • ½ cup Mozzarella cheese (grated)
  • ½ tsp Salt (or to taste)
  • ½ tsp Red chili powder
  • ½ tsp Garam masala
  • ¼ tsp Amchur powder
  • ¼ tsp Chaat masala
  • 10 slices Bread (edges trimmed)
  • Oil (for frying)
Instructions
  1. Crumble potatoes in a dish, add the remaining ingredients except bread.
  2. Mix well and make10 cylinders, about 2 inches long.
  3. Using a rolling pin to flatten a bread slice.
  4. Place 1 cylinder on the bread and roll up like a log.
  5. Wet edges with water and seal all ends.
  6. Prepare remaining rolls.
  7. Heat oil on medium high and fry the rolls until golden.
  8. Remove and drain on a paper towel.
  9. Note: rolls can be toasted, turning frequently to evenly brown.
