Cheesy Bread Rolls

Ingredients
- 2 medium Potatoes (boiled)
- ½ cup Onion (finely chopped)
- 2 tbsps Green coriander (finely chopped)
- ½ cup Mozzarella cheese (grated)
- ½ tsp Salt (or to taste)
- ½ tsp Red chili powder
- ½ tsp Garam masala
- ¼ tsp Amchur powder
- ¼ tsp Chaat masala
- 10 slices Bread (edges trimmed)
- Oil (for frying)
Instructions
- Crumble potatoes in a dish, add the remaining ingredients except bread.
- Mix well and make10 cylinders, about 2 inches long.
- Using a rolling pin to flatten a bread slice.
- Place 1 cylinder on the bread and roll up like a log.
- Wet edges with water and seal all ends.
- Prepare remaining rolls.
- Heat oil on medium high and fry the rolls until golden.
- Remove and drain on a paper towel.
- Note: rolls can be toasted, turning frequently to evenly brown.
