Ingredients
  • 3 cups Potatoes (peeled and grated)
  • ½ cup Onion (grated)
  • 1 tbsp Green coriander (finely chopped)
  • 1 tsp Salt (or to taste)
  • ¼ tsp Ground black pepper
  • ¼ tsp Garlic powder
  • ¼ cup All purpose flour
  • Oil (for cooking)
Instructions
  1. Squeeze potatoes to remove as much liquid as possible.
  2. Combine the remaining ingredients except the oil, mix thoroughly.
  3. Heat a frypan on medium heat.
  4. Grease the pan with generous amount of oil.
  5. Spread about 4 tbsp of the mixture into the pan.
  6. Flatten with a wide spatula to make a pancake.
  7. Cook until golden, about 3 minutes per side.
  8. Note: can shape into oblong patties and cook.
