Potato Pancakes
Ingredients
- 3 cups Potatoes (peeled and grated)
- ½ cup Onion (grated)
- 1 tbsp Green coriander (finely chopped)
- 1 tsp Salt (or to taste)
- ¼ tsp Ground black pepper
- ¼ tsp Garlic powder
- ¼ cup All purpose flour
- Oil (for cooking)
Instructions
- Squeeze potatoes to remove as much liquid as possible.
- Combine the remaining ingredients except the oil, mix thoroughly.
- Heat a frypan on medium heat.
- Grease the pan with generous amount of oil.
- Spread about 4 tbsp of the mixture into the pan.
- Flatten with a wide spatula to make a pancake.
- Cook until golden, about 3 minutes per side.
- Note: can shape into oblong patties and cook.
