Ingredients
  • ¼ cup Rice flour
  • 1 tbsp Fine cornmeal
  • 1 tbsp Jowar flour
  • 6 tbsps Plain yogurt
  • 1½ cup Water
  • 2 tbsps Onion paste
  • 1 tsp Salt (or to taste)
  • ½ tsp Sugar
  • ⅛ tsp Turmeric
  • ¾ tsp Cumin seeds
  • 1 tsp Green chilies (crushed, or to taste)
  • ½ tsp Garlic (crushed)
  • 1 clove Garlic (thinly sliced)
  • 2 tbsps Oil
Instructions
  1. In a deep microwave safe dish, combine yogurt and water, whisk until smooth.
  2. Add the flours and whisk to a lump free liquid. Combine the remaining ingredients.
  3. Cover and microwave on high for 15 minutes, stirring twice in between.
  4. Should look glossy on top when cooked.
  5. Alternatively, you can cook on the stove, stirring continuously until done.
  6. Note : finely chopped onions also can be added.
