Spicy Bean and Vegetable Dip
Ingredients
- 2 cans Black beans (15 oz) (rinsed)
- 1 can White corn (8oz)
- 1 can Tomatoes with diced jalapenos (16 oz)
- 1 bunch Green onins (thinly sliced)
- 3 Peppers - Green, Red, Yellow (finely diced)
- 2 cups Tomatoes (finely chopped)
- 1 cup Green coriander (finely chopped)
- ΒΌ cup Red wine vinegar
- Chili powder (to taste)
- Garlic salt (to taste)
Instructions
- Combine ingredients in a bowl.
- Serve with tortilla chips.
