Masala Nuts
Ingredients
- 1 cup Cashews (or roasted peanuts)
- 1 tbsp Oil
- ½ tsp Salt (or to taste)
- ⅛ tsp Red chili powder (or to taste)
- ¼ tsp Amchur powder
- ⅛ tsp Ground black pepper
Instructions
- Heat oil in a frypan on medium heat.
- Sauté cashews or peanuts until they turn golden, about 5 minutes.
- Remove from heat and combine with remaining ingredients.
- Toss to coat evenly.
