Masala Papad

Ingredients
- 3 fried papad
- ¼ tsp salt (or to taste)
- ½ tsp chaat masala
- ¼ tsp red chili powder (or to taste)
- ¼ tsp amchur powder
- ½ tsp ground cumin

- Mix spices in a bowl
Ingredients
- 2 tbsps finely chopped green coriander
- ¼ cup finely chopped onion
- ¼ cup finely chopped tomatoes
- spicy sev
Instructions
- Combine coriander, onions and tomatoes. Sprinkle some mixed spices on each papad then spread the onion mixture on top, drizzle lemon juice and sprinkle some sev. Serve immediately as papad will soften fast with wet ingredients on top. You can also break the papad in a serving bowl into bite-size pieces. Combine with all the ingredients and serve immediately.
