Ingredients
  • 2 Medium potatoes (cut into fries)
  • 2 tbsps Cornstarch
  • ½ tsp Ground dried mint
  • ¼ tsp Ground black pepper
  • ¼ tsp Red chili powder (or to taste)
  • ½ tsp Salt (or to taste)
  • ⅛ tsp Citric Acid
  • Oil (for frying)
Instructions
  1. Soak fries in salted water for ½ hour.
  2. Drain and pat dry with a towel.
  3. In a large dish, combine spices with cornstarch, add fries and coat well.
  4. Deep-fry in hot oil. Serve warm.
