Masala Fries
Ingredients
- 2 Medium potatoes (cut into fries)
- 2 tbsps Cornstarch
- ½ tsp Ground dried mint
- ¼ tsp Ground black pepper
- ¼ tsp Red chili powder (or to taste)
- ½ tsp Salt (or to taste)
- ⅛ tsp Citric Acid
- Oil (for frying)
Instructions
- Soak fries in salted water for ½ hour.
- Drain and pat dry with a towel.
- In a large dish, combine spices with cornstarch, add fries and coat well.
- Deep-fry in hot oil. Serve warm.
