Ingredients
  • 1 cup Edamame (shelled)
  • 2 tbsps Flat leaf parsley (chopped)
  • 1 tbsp Tahini
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 2 Cloves of garlic
  • ½ tsp Lemon zest
  • 2 tbsps Olive oil
  • Salt ( to taste)
Instructions
  1. In a microwave safe dish, place edamame in some salted water, microwave on high for 3 minutes. Drain.
  2. In a food processor, combine all the ingredients, except oil, and blend smooth.
  3. Add oil and mix.
