Paneer Tikka
Marinade
Ingredients
- ¼ cup Plain yogurt
- 1 tbsp Garlic
- 1 tbsp Ginger
- 1½ tsp Ground coriander/cumin mix
- 1 tsp Garam masala
- 1 tbsp Paprika
- ½ tsp turmeric
- 2 tsps Lemon juice
- ½ tsp Black pepper
- ¾ tsp Salt (or to taste)
- 1 tbsp Oil
Instructions
- Preheat oven 450°F
- Mix together the marinade ingredients.
Ingredients
- 1 Medium onion (cut into 1 inch cubes, separate layers)
- Mixed colored peppers (cut into 1 inch cubes)
- ½ lb Paneer (cut into 1 inch cubes)
- Skewers
Instructions
- Add paneer and vegetables and marinate in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
- Place paneer and vegetables alternately on the skewers and bake in the oven for 15 minutes, turning halfway through. Or cook on a barbecue grill.
