Potato Wedges
Ingredients
- 4 Medium potatoes
- Oil (for frying)
Instructions
- Wash and cut potatoes into wedges (do not peel).
- In a large saucepan, boil potatoes in salted water. Cook ¾ of the way, drain and dry on a paper towel.
Ingredients
- ½ cup All purpose flour
- 1 tbsp Dried mixed herbs
- 1 tbsp Chili flakes
- Salt (to taste)
Instructions
- Mix ingredients in a ziplock bag.
- Add potatoes to the seasoning, seal the bag and shake to coat properly. Remove wedges and place in another ziplock bag and freeze 3-4 hours.
- Deep-fry frozen wedges in hot oil. Serve warm.
Variation
- Bake uncooked, seasoned wedges, drizzled with oil in a 425°F heated oven until cooked.
