Hummus
Ingredients
- 2 cups Garbanzo beans (boiled or canned, rinsed)
- 2 Cloves of garlic
- 2 tbsps Lemon juice
- ½ tsp Salt (or to taste)
- ⅛ tsp Ground black pepper
- 2 tbsps Olive oil
- 2 tbsps Water
Instructions
- Combine all the ingredients in a food processor and blend to a smooth thick paste, adding more water if needed.
