Ingredients
  • 2 cups Garbanzo beans (boiled or canned, rinsed)
  • 2 Cloves of garlic
  • 2 tbsps Lemon juice
  • ½ tsp Salt (or to taste)
  • ⅛ tsp Ground black pepper
  • 2 tbsps Olive oil
  • 2 tbsps Water
Instructions
  1. Combine all the ingredients in a food processor and blend to a smooth thick paste, adding more water if needed.
