Ingredients
  • 2 Red peppers (medium)
  • 1 can Garbanzo beans (15oz/rinsed)
  • 2 tbsps Tahini
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • ½ tsp Paprika
  • ⅛ tsp Cayenne
  • 1 tsp Crushed garlic
  • ½ tsp Salt (or to taste)
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven 450°F
  2. Slice peppers, remove core and seeds.
  3. Line a baking tray with wax paper. Place slices skin up, roast for 25 minutes (skin should be charred).
  4. Remove into a bowl, cover with foil, let rest for 5 minutes then peel off the skin.
  5. Place in a food processor, along with the remaining ingredients and process to a smooth paste.
