Bruschetta
Ingredients
- 1 Loaf Baguette (Sliced ½ inch thick diagonally)
- 1 Clove of garlic, peeled
Toppings
Ingredients
- 1 tsp Balsamic vinegar
- 2 tsps Olive oil
- Salt and Pepper (to taste)
- Fresh basil (finely chopped)
- 1 Medium tomato (finely chopped)
- Olives (finely chopped)
Instructions
- Whisk first 4 topping ingredients.
- Add tomatoes and olives, mix.
- Lightly toast baguette slices. Rub slices with garlic then spread toppings and serve.

- Mozzerlla cheese (finely grated)
Instructions
- Sprinkle finely grated mozzarella cheese on top and broil until cheese is melted.
