Ingredients
  • 1 Loaf Baguette (Sliced ½ inch thick diagonally)
  • 1 Clove of garlic, peeled

  • 1 tsp Balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tsps Olive oil
  • Salt and Pepper (to taste)
  • Fresh basil (finely chopped)
  • 1 Medium tomato (finely chopped)
  • Olives (finely chopped)
Instructions
  1. Whisk first 4 topping ingredients.
  2. Add tomatoes and olives, mix.
  3. Lightly toast baguette slices. Rub slices with garlic then spread toppings and serve.

  1. Sprinkle finely grated mozzarella cheese on top and broil until cheese is melted.
