Ingredients
  • 1 cup Dried green or brown chana
  • ½ tsp Pav bhaji masala
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • ½ tsp Red chili powder (or to taste)
  • ¾ cup Finely chopped tomatoes
  • 1 tsp Chaat malala (optional)
  • 1 Green chili (finely chopped)
  • 4 tsps Lemon juice
  • ½ cup Onion (finely chopped)
  • 1 tbsp Oil
  • 2 tbsps Green Coriander (finely chopped)
Instructions
  1. Soak chana overnight in 2 cups of water.
  2. Drain, add to pressure cooker with 2 cups of water and salt. Cover and cook on high heat for 5 whistles, 15 minutes on High Pressure in an Instant Pot.
  3. Drain, empty into a bowl. Combine remaining ingredients, toss and serve.
