Masala Chana
Ingredients
- 1 cup Dried green or brown chana
- ½ tsp Pav bhaji masala
- 1 tsp Salt
- ½ tsp Red chili powder (or to taste)
- ¾ cup Finely chopped tomatoes
- 1 tsp Chaat malala (optional)
- 1 Green chili (finely chopped)
- 4 tsps Lemon juice
- ½ cup Onion (finely chopped)
- 1 tbsp Oil
- 2 tbsps Green Coriander (finely chopped)
Instructions
- Soak chana overnight in 2 cups of water.
- Drain, add to pressure cooker with 2 cups of water and salt. Cover and cook on high heat for 5 whistles, 15 minutes on High Pressure in an Instant Pot.
- Drain, empty into a bowl. Combine remaining ingredients, toss and serve.
